Char-Broil 10101480/08101480 The Big Easy Oil-Less Infrared Turkey Fryer (Lawn & Patio) We got is turkey fryer the other day. the first time we used it we put in a 8 pound chicken in it. It works beautifully. before I put the chicken in the fire I rubbed seasoning on outside of it. It took 2 half hours to cook it. It was the best tasting chicken I have ever had. It was like it was a rotisserie chicken. I would highly recommend this.
